The Hertz Corporation is one of the largest car rental companies in the industry, and it is making major upgrades to its fleet by adding an astounding 235,000 new 2015 model-year vehicles.The company has added models from several different manufactures including Chrysler, Fiat, Ford, General Motors, Hyundai, Infiniti, Kia, Mazda, Mercedes Benz, Mitsubishi, Nissan, Toyota, Volkswagen and more, which should give consumers plenty of options.
The additions the Hertz Corporation made to its fleet help ensure it maintains one of the most fuel-efficient group of vehicles in the car rental industry. With over 80 percent of the company’s vehicles having a minimum fuel-efficiency rating of 28 highway miles per gallon, Hertz is doing its best to go green.
